All furniture pieces created by Naturalhandscent are custom-made to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom furniture orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
If you receive a custom furniture piece that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will inspect the item and, if the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or provide a refund at our discretion.
If the delivered furniture does not match the specifications agreed upon in writing, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to correct the issue or provide appropriate compensation.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
If a return is approved due to defect or specification error, Naturalhandscent will arrange for pickup or provide return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs will be covered by Naturalhandscent in cases of defects or errors on our part.
All custom furniture comes with a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
